Frozen Summer Cocktail

There's something about summer and spending afternoons outside on the deck that make me want fun frozen drinks.
Frozen Peach Aperol Spritz
- 2 cups of frozen peaches
- 200ml tonic water
- 200ml prosecco
- 4 oz aperol
In your blender, add the frozen peaches and tonic water. Blend well until you have a thick frozen slush. Spoon into coupe glasses, approx. 2 tbsp per glass. Pour prosecco over top of the slush and top with an oz of aperol. Serve immediately.
For a non-alcoholic option, sub the prosecco for sparkling water or soda and top with a splash of grenadine. its equally as refreshing and the perfect mocktail.
