Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Preheat oven to 375°F and line muffin tins.
Muffins:
In a large bowl mix, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In second bowl beat together bananas, sugar, egg, cinnamon and melted butter. Combine ingredients until mixture is slightly moist and fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into muffin tin approximately 3/4 of the way full.
Topping:
Combine all above ingredients to create a crumble. Sprinkle over the top of the muffins. This will crisp up in the oven and make for the yummiest bakery-style-top muffins. Bake in the oven on the center rack for 15-18 minutes.
